- 1 scotch bonnet pepper(diced) seeds in or out (any hot pepper is fine, if you choose to)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 stick butter (unsalted)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup wter (or low sodium chickn broth)
