1 1/2tsp black pepper, onin powder, garlic poder, creoole seasoning (divided 1 n 1/2)
2tbsp butter
1tbsp olive oil
1/2cup water (divided 1/4n 1/4. Can use chixken, vegetable or seafood broth)
1/2tsp salt
1 lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
stick fresh thyme

After the shrimp is peeled and deveined wash in water and salt. Seasoned with 1 tsp black pepper, , garlic powder, onion powder and creole seasoning, 1 tbsp old bay seasoning, 1 tbsp curry powder/ Heat olive oil in pan, add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, add bell peppers and stir well to combine, cook for 2 minutes , add scotch bonnet pepper and stir well to combine, add salt, remaining dry seasonings including tbsp curry powder, well and combine, add diced carrots and potatoes and fresh thyme, add ¼ cup liquid, cover and cook 8 minutes. Add the shrimp, lemon juice, stir and mix well to combine, add remaining ¼ cup of liquid, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
To make your meal 30 minutes, start the rice before you start the shrimp will be done even before the rice that is 25 to 30 minutes. Even better this is a great meal for your meal
