- 4 • thighs (bone in skin on)
- 2 tablespoons • oil
- 2 tablespoons • soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 teaspoon • onion powder
- 2 teaspoons • black pepper
- 1 teaspoon • ground scotch bonnet pepper (you can use red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper)
- 2 teaspoons • garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon • chicken seasoning
- 2 teaspoons • smoked paprika.
- • pinch of organic dry ginger
- • pinch of ground all spice.
- • pinch of organic ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons • honey
- 2 tablespoons • balsamic glaze, or balsamic vinegar
- • The juice of chicken as its cooks
- 1 tablespoon • 1 vinegar or juice from 1 lemon
