- 1 1/2 pound chicken thighs (bone in skin on) (4 chicken thighs)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, chicken seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayene or red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon organic ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground all spice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinammon
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons juice from chicken (use a pan to catch juice from chicken as it cooks)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
