1teaspoon old bay seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning
1tablespoon olive oil (or good melted butter)
Instructions
Preheat Air fryer for about 55 minutes on 380. Pat dry salmon pieces and later the 1 tbsp olive oil on all the pieces, then season with all the seasoning mix. Lay the seasoned salmon pieces on the Air fry basket, preferably on top of a fryer sheet. Turn the timer to 25 minutes and Air fry, being sure to flip them halfway through.
Tip: The pineapple sauce is optional of course if you would like to make it. You will need ¼ cup of minced or crushed pineapple, ½ cup pineapple juice,1/2 cup agave or honey, 1 pinch of fresh ground ginger, ¼ tsp salt, 2 tbsp cornstarch slurry, I also added ground scotch bonnet pepper for heat. In a saucepan combine all the ingredients and bring to a low boil, cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly.
