2lb chicken wings (cut and divided into flats and drumettes)
1pinch fresh ginger (thinly sliced)
3stick scallions (cut into strips)
4clove garlic (cut into 3 strips eadch)
1/2tsp korean red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chicken seasoning, (regular red pepper flakes is fine, so is cayenne pepper)
Wash your chicken wings in water and vinegar, rinse in fresh water, drain all the water from the wings and season with 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp agave syrup, 1 tsp all dry seasonings, 2 tbsp pineapple juice, ginger slices, garlic slices and green thyme, cover and marinate at least 1 hour. Heat Air fryer on 375 for at least 5 minutes, being sure to heat the frying basket, Lay chicken wings on preheated basket, Air fry on one side for 15 minutes, then on the other for 15 minutes. In the meantime, Add remining soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, agave syrup, dry seasonings, pineapple chunks, pineapple juice and water to a sauce pan, cook until reduce by about 1/3, and desired consistency.. When wings are done, later sauce on wings and put back in Air fryer for additional 5 minutes.
