INGREDIENTS
3 • beef short ribs
2 • diced onion.
2 • diced bell peppers (red, green and yellow bell pepper)
3 • size carrots (peeled and cut into desired sizes)
6 • of garlic (minced)
1tablespoon • black pepper
1tablespoon • onion powder
1tablespoon • garlic powder
1tablespoon • rosemary garlic
1tablespoon • dried thyme
• ½ tsp salt
1teaspoon • Maggie liquid seasoning
1tablespoon • unsalted soy sauce
2tablespoons • olive oil
4tablespoons • unsalted butter (divided 2n2)
2 • low sodium beef broth
4 • leaves
2tablespoons • tomato paste
1 • ½ tbsp all purpose flour
Instructions
Remove any excess fat from meat, wash in water with lemon juice, rinse. Season with all dry seasoning, soy sauce and Maggie liquid seasoning. Marinade for at least 2 hours. Bring to room temperature before cooking. (I use a heavy cast iron pot with lid, that can go from stove to oven
