1/2tsp salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder,
1tsp red pepper flakes (I use korean red pepper flakes)
2tbsp avocado oil (or any oil for frying)
1tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1tsp sesame oil

Heat tbsp oil and fry dry eggs, remove from pan and add remaining oil, add the sausage and cook for 3 minute, add minced garlic and stir to combined, add carrots , all the dry seasoning mix, stir and combine, cover and cook for 5 minutes, add the cooked rice, soy sauce and sesame oil, stir and mix well, add the green onions and stir to combine
