1/2teaspoon salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder,
1teaspoon red pepper flakes (I use korean red pepper flakes)
2tablespoons avocado oil (or any oil for frying)
1tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
1teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
Heat tbsp oil and fry dry eggs, remove from pan and add remaining oil, add the sausage and cook for 3 minute, add minced garlic and stir to combined, add carrots , all the dry seasoning mix, stir and combine, cover and cook for 5 minutes, add the cooked rice, soy sauce and sesame oil, stir and mix well, add the green onions and stir to combine
