3 1/2cup water (I love using vegetable broth or chicken broth)
1tbsp olive oil
2tbsp butter
1tsp salt
1/2 med red onion (sliced)
2clove garlic (minced)
1/2cup grape tomatoes (sliced in two,)
1/2tsp garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme

Cook orzo using instructions on box. In the meantime, in a skillet, heat olive oil, add onions and garlic and sauté for about 3 minutes, then add tomatoes and sauté for another 3 minutes, stirring to combine. Add cooked Orzo to sauté vegetables, add butter, onion powder, and garlic powder, stir, and mix well to combine.
