This side dish is so simple but so delicious and if you like to be creative, you can do so many variations of this recipe
- 2 cups uncooked orzo pasta
- 3 1/2 cups water (I love using vegetable broth or chicken broth)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 med red onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes (sliced in two,)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme
