  • 1 1/2 pound boneless skinless cicken breast (2 breast)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sallt, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, dry thyme
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons chicken or vegetable broth (low sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. DIRECTIONS
    Wash chicken in water with lemon juice, pat dry and season with all the dry seasonings except for the red pepper flakes. Heat olive oil on medium heat, add 1 tbsp butter when butter melts, brown chicken pieces, about 2 minutes on each side , when done, set aside, in the same pan, add remaining 2 tbsp butter , add garlic and sauté for 1 minute, add chicken or vegetable broth, and red pepper flakes, stir and combine well, Add brown chicken pieces in and stir to combine, cover and cook on low for 8 minutes.
