Description

A simple yet delicious shrimp and pasta recipe, that the family will enjoy, It is so simple you will definitely add to your weekly plan rotation. Why wouldn't you, when you have a delicious healthy dinner ready in under 30 minutes?  

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 • uncooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 • uncooked linguini pasta
  • 1 cup • grape tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 4 • garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon • 1 and 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 • stick (unsalted)
  • • ½ tsp creole seasoning, old bay seasoning, dry parsley, smoked paprika,
  • 1 teaspoon • Cajun seasoning (preferably unsalted)
  • 1 teaspoon • black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
  • • Salt to taste.
  • 1 cup • chopped broccoli
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine all dry seasonings and mix well to combine. Wash and clean shrimp, making sure they are all deviated. Cook pasta using instructions on the box, in the meantime, pat dry shrimp, and add 1 tsp olive oil unto shrimp, mix well to coat all the shrimp with the olive oil, add the dry seasonings unto shrimp, leaving about1 tsp for later. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil, and brown shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side. Set aside, in the same pan, add butter, when butter melts, add the minced garlic, sauté for 2 minutes, then add tomatoes, let cook for about2 minutes, until tomatoes softened, add the broccoli with about 2 tbsps. of the pasta water, as well as the remaining 1 tsp of seasoning mix , stir well to combine, cook broccoli for about 3 minutes, then add cooked pasta and use a tongue to combine well. Once pasta is fully coated in this mixture, add cooked shrimp.
