DIRECTIONS
Wash fillets and shrimp in water with lemon juice. Pat dry with a clean paper towel and put in separate bowls or on separate plates. In a bowl combine all the dry seasoning and mix well. Seasoned both sides of fillets thoroughly, and seasoned shrimp as well, leaving about 1 /2 tsp of the seasoning mix, and set aside in a saucepan heat 3 tbsp oil, until hot, brown fillets 3 minutes on each side, then set aside, pour all the shrimp in and cook 3 minutes on each side, remove and put in a separate bowl or plate. In the same pot add the remaining oil and sauté onions and garlic for 3 minutes, add butter when butter melts add flour and stir for about 3-4 minutes, add broth, and stir some more to make sure there are no lumps, add tomatoes and stir to combine add the remaining seasoning stir and combine everything well. Add the snapper fillets, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes, then add shrimp stir well, cover and cook another 10 minutes.
