1/2tsp salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika,
1 1/2tbsp all purpose flour
4tbsp cooking oil
1pinch fresh ginger (minced)
3clove garlic (minced)
1tbsp vegetable oyster sauce (low sodium)
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1tsp Chaoxing cooking wine
2tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1tbsp garlic hoisin sauce
4tbsp honey
3tbsp water
1 small bunch of brocoli (separated)
1tsp sesame seed
1 1/2tbsp cornstarch slurry (mix 1 tbsp water with 1/2 tsp cornstarch)

In a small bowl combine all the dry seasonings and use a fork mix well to combine. Also, in a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients for sauce, including minced garlic, ginger and 3 tbsp water.
Wash and clean chicken, pat dry, season chicken on both sides well with seasoning mix, using your hand pat seasoning into chicken, sprinkle flour on both sides of chicken and pat into chicken also. Heat oil on medium heat and brown chicken pieces for about 3 minutes on each side. In the meantime, have some water in a small pot heating up. Add broccoli to heating water and sprinkle a dash of onion powder and garlic powder in it, Sit in the hot water for 5 minutes. When chicken is done set aside, pour left over oil from pan. Pour the liquid ingredients for sauce. Bring to a low boil stirring constantly, Add the chicken pieces in and stir well to combine, add the broccoli from the hot water in and again stir well to combine, add sesame seeds.
