  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 2 sticks fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup red and green bell pepper (finely diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder,
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat tbsp oil and fry eggs, remove from pan and add remaining oil, add the sausage and cook for 3 minute, add minced garlic and stir to combined, add carrots , all the dry seasoning mix, stir and combine, cover and cook for 5 minutes, add the cooked rice, soy sauce and sesame oil, stir and mix well, add the green onions and stir to combine
