1tsp sesame oil
1tsp red pepper flakes

Heat tbsp oil and fry eggs, remove from pan and add remaining oil, add the sausage and cook for 3 minute, add minced garlic and stir to combined, add carrots , all the dry seasoning mix, stir and combine, cover and cook for 5 minutes, add the cooked rice, soy sauce and sesame oil, stir and mix well, add the green onions and stir to combine
