INGREDIENTS
  • 2 grams chicken sausage or any sausage (diced two sausage links)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 2 sticks green onions
  • 1/4 cup red and green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oil (I used avocado)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. DIRECTIONS
    Heat tbsp oil and fry eggs, remove from pan and add remaining oil, add the sausage and cook for 3 minute, add minced garlic and stir to combined, add carrots , all the dry seasoning mix, stir and combine, cover and cook for 5 minutes, add the cooked rice, soy sauce and sesame oil, stir and mix well, add the green onions and stir to combine
