INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 pound steak (cut of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder
  • 8 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onon (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh diced parsley
  • 3 sticks fresh thyme (remove the leaves)
  • 1 stick fresh rosemary (remove the leaves)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 fresh red chili pepper (sliced)
  • 3 teaspoons red wine
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey
Instructions
  1. Wash meat, pat dry, cut into desired sizes, season with dry seasoning. Heat oil on medium high heat and brown pieces for about 3 minutes on each side. Set aside, Add diced onion and cook for 1 minute, add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes, add thyme , rosemary, chili peppers and cook for 2 minutes, add butter and when butter melts, add red wine, stir to combine, cooking for about 4 minutes, add Worcestershire sauce, honey and stir to combine cook for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and add the steak pieces in.
