Wash meat, pat dry, cut into desired sizes, season with dry seasoning. Heat oil on medium high heat and brown pieces for about 3 minutes on each side. Set aside, Add diced onion and cook for 1 minute, add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes, add thyme , rosemary, chili peppers and cook for 2 minutes, add butter and when butter melts, add red wine, stir to combine, cooking for about 4 minutes, add Worcestershire sauce, honey and stir to combine cook for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and add the steak pieces in.
