Because it is one thing to get him to marry you, but now that you marry me recipe gets him to marry you, you now want to keep him, and to do so, you need to change things, spice things up a bit. This recipe is for two, so it is a great dinner for two, anniversaries, birthdays, Father's Day, or just date nights. Of course, you can use smaller pork chops and also you can increase the recipe for a family.

"Keep My Husband Pork Chops" is a flavorful and hearty dish featuring thick-cut center pork chops seasoned with a rich blend of spices. The chops are browned to perfection and then baked with a creamy coconut sauce, vibrant bell peppers, kale, and aromatic vegetables. Finished with a luscious sauce made from coconut cream and a hint of ginger and nutmeg, this dish is perfect for a comforting and satisfying meal that will impress your loved ones.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 • cut center pork chops
  • 1 • bunch of kale (cut up)
  • 1 teaspoon • salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper
  • • ½ tsp ground coriander, ground fennel seeds, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon pepper seasoning
  • • ¼ tsp ground organic ginger, ground organic nutmeg
  • • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 1/8 cup • 1/8th and 2 tbsp water
  • 1 • size onion (diced)
  • 4 • garlic (minced)
  • 2 • tomatoes (diced)
  • • ½ green, red and yellow bell peppers (sliced)
  • 6 tablespoons • oil
  • 2 tablespoons • butter
  • 3 tablespoons • all- purpose flour
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl combine all the dry ingredients and mix well to combine. Wash and clean pork shops, pat dry pork chops. Using a large knife point, stab some homes on both sides of each pork chops, drizzle 1 tbsp oil on both sides, then season both sides and all the corners well, leaving about 1 ½ tsp of seasoning mix for later. Heat remaining oil on medium high heat, brown pork chops about 4 minutes on each side, getting the corners as well. In the meantime, preheat oven to 350. When you are done browning the pork chops, put in baking pan add 2 tbsp water, cover and bake while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
  2. In the same pan you brown the pork chops, add your vegetables and remaining dry seasoning mixture, stir and combine, cook for 3 minutes, then add flour and stir continuously for another 3 minutes, add remaining 1/8th cup water and coconut cream, stir to combine, bring to a low boil, then add butter, and kale, cook for about 8 minutes. Then pour onto pork chops and put back in the oven. Cook for 1 hour.
