Wash and clean salmon and remove the skin from the back (if preferred). Wash with water and lemon. In a bowl add all the ingredients, except for the 1 tsp olive oil. Use a spoon and mix and combine well. Use the remaining 1 tsp of olive oil to coat the bottom of a baking pan. Layer the bottom of the baking pan with orange and lemon slices. Rub the marinade mixture onto both sides of the salmon and lay the bottom side onto the orange and lemon slices. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. In the meantime, in a saucepan, melt butter, then add honey, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, mix well to combine. Using a brush, brush onto baked salmon, put back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes
