- 1/2 teaspoon salt, ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon , black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, old bay seasoning creole seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar (vinegar of choice is fine)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder, ground all spice and ground ginger (fresh grated ginger is fine)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1/2 assorted bell peppers (sliced)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
