- 1 cup carrots (Diced)
- 1 cup pineapple (diced)
- 1/2 cup onion (diced)
- 2 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cup bell peppers (red and green)
- 1 tbsp jerk marinade (spicy/medium)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground all spice
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg,
- 1 tsp tomato paste or ketchup
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine (I use Shaoxing cooking wine)
