This is another delicious salmon recipe, it is made with Jamaican Jerk marinade and topped with sweet chili pineapple sauce and fresh pineapples which just adds another depth of amazing flavour. You and your loved ones will love it.
- 1 ½ lbs salmon (sliced in desired sizes)
- 1 • cup diced pineapple chunks (I prefer fresh pineapple)
- 1 cup • pineapple sweet chili (or just plain sweet chili sauce)
- 2 teaspoons • spicy herk marinade.
- 2 • Olive oil (divided1n1)
- 1 teaspoon • black pepper
- • ½ tsp white pepper
- • ½ tsp onion powder
- • ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon • smoked paprika.
- • ½ tsp lemon seasoning
- 1 teaspoon • old bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon • low sodium soy sauce
