1 1/2lb salmon (cut in 3 slices, are desired sizes)
1cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
1cup pineapple sweet chili sauce (plain sweet chili sauce is fine as well)
2tsp spicy jerk marinade
2tbsp olive oil (divided 1n1)
1tbsp black pepper
1/2tsp white pepper, oion powder, gar;ic powder, salt, old bay seasoning , lemon pepper , smoked paprika,
2tbsp low sodium soy sauce

In a small bowl combine jerk marinade, 1 tbsp olive oil, soy sauce and all the dry ingredients and mix well to combine. Wash salmon with water and lemon juice, pat dry. Use other remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to lather baking pan. Lay salmon on baking pan and season both sides of each piece generously. Bake for 35 minutes, remove from oven and lather back side of salmon pieces with pineapple sweet chili, then flip and lather other side, layer the pineapple chunks on top, put back in the oven for 15 minutes.
