A delicious pasta recipe, it is quick and simple, but very delicious.
Ingredients
- 3/4 pounds . salmon (Can use more or less)
- 1/2 pound • shrimp
- 1 cup • cooked and mashed pumpkin.
- 1 cup • carrots. (shredded or finely chopped)
- 1 cup • coconut milk
- • cup water (I use the water from the cooked linguini)
- 1/2 tablespoon • tbsp jerk marinade
- 1/2 • tsp salt
- 1 teaspoon • garlic powder
- • ½ tsp onion powder
- • ½ tsp smoked paprika
- • ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 teaspoon • old bay seasoning
- • ½ tsp sazon seasoning
- • ½ tsp ground all spice
- 1 1/2 • tbsp oil (divided 1 n ½)
- 1 • onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup red and green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 butter
- 1/3 parmessan and smoked gouda cheeses (shredded ( can use preferred cheese and more if desires))
