A delicious pasta recipe, it is quick and simple, but very delicious.

3/4lb . salmon (Can use more or less)
1/2lb • shrimp
1cup • cooked and mashed pumpkin.
1cup • carrots. (shredded or finely chopped)
1cup • coconut milk
• cup water (I use the water from the cooked linguini)
1/2tbsp • tbsp jerk marinade
1/2 • tsp salt
1tsp • garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp black pepper
1tsp • old bay seasoning
• ½ tsp sazon seasoning
• ½ tsp ground all spice
1 1/2olive • tbsp oil (divided 1 n ½)
1small • onion (diced)
1/2cup red and green bell pepper (diced)
2 butter
1/3cups parmessan and smoked gouda cheeses (shredded ( can use preferred cheese and more if desires))

Deveined all the shrimp, remove the scale from salmon, wash both with lemon and water, pat dry in a small bowl combines all the dry seasonings with jerk marinade. Pour ½ tbsp olive oil onto shrimp and salmon making sure both sides are lathered. Use 3/4 of seasoning mix to season shrimp and salmon on both sides. Preheat oven to 350, bake salmon and shrimp for 10 minutes, set aside to cool. In the meantime, heat 1 tbsp olive with 2 tbsp butter, once butter melts, sauté garlic and onion for about 2-3 minutes, then add bell peppers and sauté another 1 minute, add carrots, stir and combine, cook about 3 minutes to soften carrots a bit. Add mashed pumpkin, add remaining season mix stir to mix well, add coconut milk and water stir to mix well. Cover and bring to a low boil. In the meantime, break apart salmon, add cook. Add cooked past and mix well, when pasta is combine well into sauce mix, add shrimp and salmon and stir well.
