Instructions

DIRECTIONS
Heat olive oil, add garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes, add carrots and stir to combine, add salt, onion powder, garlic powder and green onion and spinach stir for about 1 minute to combine, add coconut milk, then add washed rice, stir for 1 minute, then add water and butter, stir to mix all the ingredients cover and cook for 25 minutes.
