• 3 regular size boneless skinless chicken thighs (washed trimmed and cut in bite size pieces)
• 1 stack celery (washed and cut in desired pieces (I like long thin slices’
• 2 carrots (peeled and cut into desired pieces (I like thinly cut strips
• Pinch of ginger (grated)
• 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
• 1 small onion (diced)
• Small piece of cabbage (thinly shredded)
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 tsp black pepper (divided 1n1)
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp red pepper flakes
• 6 tbsp 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• 2tbsp hoisin sauce
• 3 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp olive oil
