1 1/2lb split chicken breast (2 split chicken breast)
1/2tsp salt
1tsp black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, chicken seasoning, red pepper flakes
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp butter
3clove garlic (minced)
3tbsp honey
2tbsp ketchup
1 1/2tbsp balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash chicken in water with white vinegar, trim excess fat and remove any impurities, rinse in water, make two cuts in each breast. In a small bowl combine olive oil with all the seasoning mix except for the red pepper flakes, mix well to combine. Season chicken, being sure to season inside the slices. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, when almost done, in a saucepan melts butter, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes, red pepper flakes, stir and cook for 1 minute, then add honey, soy sauce, ketchup and balsamic vinegar, stir to combine well. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes. When chicken is done, turn oven up to 400remove from oven, pour and lather sauce on chicken, put back in oven on top shelf and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
