In a bowl combine all the dry seasonings, except for the cayenne pepper and garlic butter. Mix well to combine. Wash salmon making sure all the scales are removed, skin on of is optional. Pat dry with a clean paper towel, season with seasoning combination, being sure to season both sides of each piece generously. Heat olive oil on medium heat, brown salmon pieces on each side for about 3- minutes on each side. Set salmon aside. I cleaned my pan after this part, or even changed it, that is completely optional. Melt the butter, then add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, add the honey, lemon juice, garlic butter seasoning and cayenne pepper, stir well to combine. Add the salmon pieces in , then the fresh thyme. Add lemon slices on each piece of salmon, use a large spoon to base salmon pieces for about 3 minutes, then cover and let cook for another 5 minutes, turn the heat off, then base salmon pieces again.
