This Spicy Honey Chipotle Chicken recipe brings bold flavors to your table with its perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and smoky notes.   1. DIRECTIONS• 1 ½ LBS bone in skin on chicken thighs (4 chicken thighs)
    Wash chicken in water and white vinegar and remove excess fat (I also removed the skin). Pat dry with a clean cloth, pour the oil onto the chicken, and lather the chicken, season by adding all the seasonings, ½ of the minced garlic, and 2 tbsp honey, and Cover and marinade for at least 30 minutes at the least. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Layer seasoned chicken in a baking pan, pour whatever remaining juiced over it, and layer with 6 tbs butter on the top of each piece of chicken, bake for 1 hour after 30 minutes remove and base continuously for 2 minutes. Remove from oven. In a skillet pour the juices from the baked chicken, add the remaining minced garlic also the remaining 1 tbsp butter, and add remaining 1/3 cup of honey stir continuously for 3 minutes. Add the chicken pieces to the sauce cover and cook an additional 8 minutes on low.
  2. • 6 cloves of garlic (minced) (divided)
  3. • 2 tsp chipotle powder
  4. • 1 tsp lemon pepper, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, dried parsley, chicken seasoning, tropical sazon
  5. • 1/3 cup and 2 tbsp honey
  6. • 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil
  7. • 7 tbsps. butter
