Wash and clean chicken, remove impurities and excess fat. Cut chicken into strips, or bite size pieces does not matter. Pat dry well, drizzle avocado oil . In a bowl combine all the dry seasonings except for red pepper flakes, season chicken pieces generously after drizzling with oil. Using your hands season chicken well, then add baking powder and rub well into chicken pieces. Cover and set aside for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375, lay chicken on baking sheet giving space between them, bake uncovered for 25 minutes, remove and flip and bake for another 15 minutes. In the meantime in sauce pan melts butter , make sure heat is on low, then add minced garlic and ginger saute for 2 minutes, then add honey, lemon juice, red pepper flakes you can add more or less depending. Add water stir well to combine, and cook until desired consistency about 3 minutes. Drizzle over done chicken
