- 1 • fresh green spinach
- 2 • lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 • onion (sliced)
- 2 • tomatoes (diced)
- 3 • of garlic (minced)
- • ½ green, red, or yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1 teaspoon • salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, creole seasoning and old bay seasoning
- 2 teaspoons • extra virgin olive oil
- • ¼ stick of butter (unsalted)
- • Juice of ½ lemon
