- 6 whole chicken wings (just cut the tip of each, leaving the drumett and flat connected)
- 1 tablespoon jerk marinade (mild or spicy)
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 cup assorted bell peppers (diced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste (minced garlic is fine)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, seasonin salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing cooking wine (May use apple cidar vinegar)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup water (preferably hot)
