INGREDIENTS
  • 1 • russet potatoes, (wash and cut in desired sizes, pat or air dry)
  • 2 • tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon • butter
  • 1 • small onion slice.
  • 1 tablespoon • minced garlic
  • 1 • tsp salt, white pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
Instructions

Heat oil on medium high heat, add potatoes in brown on each side, about 2 minutes on each side, cover and cook about 15 minutes, constantly turning the potatoes, after 15 minutes, turn on medium low, add garlic, onions butter, and stir to combine well, add all the dry seasoning, and again stir to combine well, cover and cook 5 minutes.
