1lb russet potatoes (wash and cut in thin slices ( pat or air dry ))
2tbsp olive oil (more if needed)
2tbsp butter (unsalted)
3clove garlic (minced)
1 onion (sliced)
1tsp salt,
1/2tsp black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Heat oil on medium high heat, add potatoes in brown on each side, about 2 minutes on each side, cover and cook about 15 minutes, constantly turning the potatoes, after 15 minutes, turn on medium low, add garlic, onions butter, and stir to combine well, add all the dry seasoning and again stir to combine well, cover and cook 5 minutes.
