Instructions

Wash and clean shrimp, making sure they are all deviated. Seasoned with all the dry seasoning. Heat olive oil on med high heat and brown shrimp, about 2-3 minutes on each side , do this in two batches . When done set them aside and in the same pot add butter and when the butter melts brown pineapple pieces till you have a nice golden char on each, when you got desired char on pineapple chunks, add onion, garlic and ginger, sauté for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, then add chili pineapple sauce, stir well to combine well. Then add shrimp, and cook for another 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
