INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound shrimp (larg or extra large)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 pinch fresh ginger (grated)
  • 3/4 cups pineapple chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapples
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, old bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
Instructions
  1. Wash and clean shrimp, making sure they are all deviated. Seasoned with all the dry seasoning. Heat olive oil on med high heat and brown shrimp, about 2-3 minutes on each side. When done set them aside and in the same pot add butter and when the butter melts brown pineapple pieces till you have a nice golden char on each, when you got desired char on pineapple chunks, add onion, garlic and ginger, sauté for about 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, then add chili pineapple sauce, stir well to combine well. Then add shrimp, and cook for another 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
