A delicious healthy bread recipe, I love to enjoy a slice in the mornings with coffee or tea for breakfast, It is also great as a desert, the children will enjoy it with a little ice cream 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 • 1 cup cooked sweet, mashed potatoes (about 2 regular size potatoes, cooked.
  • 1 • cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup • brown sugar (pure cane sugar
  • • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • • ½ tsp baking powder
  • • ¼ tsp all spice, cinnamon powder, ground ginger, ground nutmeg

  • 1 • tbsp cacao powder (organic)
  • • ½ cup vanilla flavored skinny body syrup
  • • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon • pure vanilla
Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine all the dry ingredients and using a spatula or wooden spoon to mix well and combine. In another bowl add the smashed sweet potatoes with all the liquid ingredients use a whisk and whisk well, pour liquid mixture into dry mixture and use spatula or wooden spoon and mix well to combine. Butter baking bread pan and pour batter into pan, bake for 1 hour. Let cool for at least 8 minutes before cutting
