- 2 • 2-3 chicken thighs (bone in skin on)
- • ½ tsp salt
- 1 • black pepper
- 1 • garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon • red pepper flakes
- • Pinch of fresh grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons • sugar
- 1 tablespoon • seasoning salt, or all-purpose seasoning
- 1/2 • 1/2cup 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 3 • cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup • hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup • water
- 1 • tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons • oil for browning chicken (I used canola)
- 1 tablespoon • olive to add to sauce
