Homemade coffee creamer

Did you know you can make your own delicious and even healthier version of coffee creamer? Well, I first looked to make my own due to my dairy intolerance and so if you know that one famous coffee creamer that is so delicious and creamy, we all love it so much, well when I use it in my coffee within hours I look and feel like I am seven months pregnant. I did find a better version, but to pay almost $8.00 a bottle now is just inconceivable to me.

I did not add this to the recipe list but instead chose to make it a blog post because there are no specific measurements just how much you need or how often you want to make it.

The ingredients include

Silk Organic Coconut milk ( I am sure you could use almost any milk of choice)

Sweetened Condensed Coconut milk ( any sweet condensed milk is fine. I prefer the coconut one it seems to be creamier

Grated nutmeg

Organic ground cinnamon

Organic ground ginger

vanilla extract

I put all the ingredients in a large mason jar and mix well, keep in mind cinnamon and nutmeg will sit on the top , so every time you are about to use it, you must mix again. Or one solution to help would be to put a cinnamon stick in the jar instead.. By adding cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg you are not only adding a burst of flavour but also antioxidants to your coffee.
