Once all tips from wings are removed, leave and do not separate the flats from the drummers. Wash in water and white vinegar or lemon juice, being sure to check from extra feathers and remove. In a bowl combine all the seasonings including brown sugar with the marinades, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and avocado oil. Season chicken wings well, cover and marinade for 1 hour. Turn Air fryer on, on 375 preheat for 5 minutes. Add parchment paper to Air fry basket and layer wings on top, leaving the remaining seasoning from wings in bowl for later. Air fry on one side for 20 minutes, then flip and Air fry on the other side for 20 minutes. In the meantime, in a saucepan add all the ingredients for the sauce, except for the wine and and bring to a low boil stirring continuously, cook until you get desired thickness, about 6 minutes. This is when I add the wine because I did not wnt to cook it all out. Remove chicken wings from Air fryer basket and using a brush, lather both sides with the sauce.
