Preheat Air fryer for about 5 minutes on 380. Pat dry salmon pieces and later the 1 tbsp olive oil on all the pieces, then season with all the seasoning mix. Lay the seasoned salmon pieces on the Air fry basket, preferably on top of a fryer sheet. Turn the timer to 25 minutes and Air fry, being sure to flip them halfway through.

Tip: The pineapple sauce is optional of course if you would like to make it. You will need ¼ cup of minced or crushed pineapple, ½ cup pineapple juice,1/2 cup agave or honey, 1 pinch of fresh ground ginger, ¼ tsp salt, 2 tbsp cornstarch slurry, I also added ground scotch bonnet pepper for heat. In a saucepan combine all the ingredients and bring to a low boil, cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring constantly.
