1 lb sweet poato (peeled and diced in desired sizes)
1 ¹⁄₂ tsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter (unsalted)
¹⁄₂ tsp salt, cinnamon powder, ground ginger, ground nutmeg
3 tbsp honey, maply syrup , or agavae syrup (any syrup f choice)

Directions

After dicing potatoes wash and pat dry them, place them on Air fry rack sprinkle salt and olive oil, and using hands mix well. cook for 22 minutes. Put the cooked potatoes in a bowl, drizzle, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, and ground ginger, then drizzle melted butter, honey, or any syrup of choice.
