• 1 lb. potatoes ( peeled and diced into desired sizes)

In a large stock pot bring water to a boil, add salt and cook potatoes, until fork tender. While potatoes are cooking, preheat oven to broil.Drained completely, using a potato masher, mash potatoes, add 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, minced garlic cheese and ½ cup other cheese. Mix well to combine. Portion potato mixture depending on how small or how large you want patties, using your hands make a ball, then flatten them into patty shape. On baking tray, drizzle olive oil and using a brush, brush olive oil all over the pan, layer your patties. In a bowl, add the remining 2 tbsp butter and melt, add the remaining 1 tsp garlic powder and mix well to combine, using a brush, brush onto each patty, Put in the oven on top shelf for 15 minutes, or until golden brown, while hot, add the remaining cheese and let melt.
