  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Peel potatoes and cut in desired sizes( preferably not too small)
  3. Wash and dry. Spray baking pan with avocado oil, bake uncovered for 50 minutes, flipping them half way through. In the last 5 minutes or so, melt butter on low, add ginger and stir to combine, stir for 30 seconds, add honey and stir well to combine, continuing stirring for 1 minute letting the flavours combine well together. When potatoes are done, drizzle on before serving.
