Preheat oven to 350

In a bowl, use a fork and smash ripe bananas until you get that mushy consistency. Add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a sieve and sieve over bananas. In a small bowl, I combine milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract and whisk well to combine. Add the liquid mixture to the bowl of bananas and dry ingredients and mix well to combine. Add raisins and, using a wooden spoon or spatula and combine well. Lather the baking pan with butter and pour the batter in, bake for 50 minutes
