This Beef Stir Fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring thinly sliced beef and a medley of colorful vegetables. Marinated in a flavorful blend of soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic hoisin sauce, and spices, the beef is stir-fried to perfection and combined with tender vegetables. The dish is finished with a rich, savory sauce made from soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and ground ginger, creating a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors. Serve this hearty stir fry over rice or noodles for a satisfying meal that's perfect for any night of the week.

  1. Wash meat and rinse, pat dry with clean paper towel. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika and 1 tbsp baking soda. Set aside and in a bowl combine brown sugar, remaining seasoning, remaining soy sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, water, vinegar, ground ginger, red pepper flakes and 2 tsp cornstarch whisk well and set aside. Add 4 tbsp cornstarch to seasoned beef and using your hands mix well to combine. Heat avocado oil on medium high heat, brown meat, about 2 minutes on each side, (do this in two batches) Set meat aside, turn heat down, add butter, when butter melts add onion and garlic sauté for 3 minutes. Add sauce mixture stir to combine, stir until thickens about 2 minutes, bring to a low boil then add stir fry vegetables, stir and combine well, cook for 3 minutes, add the beef and stir to combine well.
