Wash and clean chicken with water and white vinegar. Seasoned with all dry seasoning mix. Cover and set aside at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking pan with grease of choice, bake skin side up for 50 minutes, Remove and coat with garlic butter herb mix (coat generously) put back in for 10 minutes.
To make the garlic butter herb sauce. Melt butter (use a real good butter. I love Kerry gold Irish butter. Once butter melts, turn off heat add minced garlic, stir for about a minute to combine, then add chopped parsley, stir and combine, now add smoked paprika and cayenne pepper and stir to combine. As I said I make large batches and store them in fridge, use on my shrimp as well.

You can make your own garlic herb butter, by using room temperature butter, add minced garlic, fresh diced parsley, smoked paprika, mix well to combine then store in fridge
