• 1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes ( washed and diced in desired sizes)

    In a skillet heat coconut oil, add the diced sausage and cook on each side until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side. Remove sausage from skillet and set aside, add the potatoes and water to the skillet and cover to cook, cook until potatoes are fork ender about 8-10 minutes, while constantly flipping them. When fork tender, add onions, bell peppers garlic, salt pepper, onion and garlic powder, parsley and butter , stir well to combine, then add cooked sausages and cheese stir well and combine all the ingredients well.
