  1. Wash corn and remove any extra hairs. Cook for 8 minutes, remove and drain, melt butter, add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, add ricotta cheese and milk cook on low , stirring constantly until ricotta cheese is all softens, add parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and Cajun seasoning, mix well to combine, cook for 2 minutes stirring the whole time. Pour sauce over boiled corn and serve.
