Curry Chicken and Broccoli

Wash your chicken breast preferrable with water and lemon juice, or water and white vinegar. Remove excess fat, chicken breast is known to have thin fat layers, if you are like me, you want those removed. In a small bowl combine all the dry seasonings except for 1 tsp turmeric and ½ tbsp curry powder, mix well to combine. Season chicken with combined dry seasoning, green seasoning, minced garlic, Cover and marinate for at east 1 hour. Heat olive oil, add minced garlic, fresh ground ginger, and cook for 3 minutes. Add remaining ½ tbsp curry powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder, stir and combine well, add seasoned chicken and stir to combine, water and mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes, add coconut milk, (optional), broccoli and any other vegetables if you choose, mix and combine well, add butter, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
