INGREDIENTS
• 1 whole chicken breasts ( cut into bit size pieces)

Wash chicken breast with water and white vinegar or water and fresh squeeze lemon juice, pat dry and cut in desired sizes. In a bowl combine 1 tbsp curry powder, 1 tbsp turmeric and all the other seasoning mix, mix well to combine. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil onto chicken and season with all the seasoning mix, leaving about 2 tsp for later. Cover and marinade for at least 1 hour. Heat remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil, add remaining turmeric and curry powder, stir and cook for 1 minute, then add seasoned chicken, stir and mix well to combine, cook for 5 minutes stirring continuously, add onions and minced garlic and stir well to combine cook for 2 minutes, add carrots, corn and remaining dry seasonings combination mix, add fresh thyme, stir well to combine. Add hot water, stir well to combine, cover and cook for 8 minutes. Add cabbage, stir well to combine, add butter cover and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
